The following course of action will be taken when making the decision to award or deny a grant:
- Grants can be awarded anytime during the fiscal year if funds are available.
- A complete grant application must be received for grant consideration. Foundation representatives receiving grant applications have the option to help grant applicants complete their application.
- An award or denial of any grant request will be communicated as soon as possible to the requesting organization contact person.
- Grants will be subject to any federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
