To be considered for a grant the submitting organization must submit a complete grant application. Included in this grant application shall be the following elements:
- Organizational contact information
- Applicant organization description information
- Grant request information – includes amount requested, description of the grant, objective of the grant, who benefits from the grant, grant audience demographics, and how the foundation will be recognized if the grant is awarded.
